From a childhood spent baking in a Welsh kitchen to creating bespoke cakes for life’s most treasured occasions, La Petite Patisserie brings together passion, craftsmanship and over 25 years of experience.
I’ve always had a love for baking, going right back to my childhood.
Some of my favourite memories are being in the kitchen with my mum, deciding what we were going to bake, trying out cake recipes and learning the techniques that had been passed down to her from my nana. It’s those moments that sparked a passion that has stayed with me ever since.
I started by creating cakes for family and friends, and the encouragement and positive feedback I received gave me the confidence to take things further. When I began bringing my cakes to events and saw how much people enjoyed them, I knew I wanted to turn my passion into something more — and that’s how La Petite Patisserie was born.
Every cake I make is one of a kind.
As a self-taught cake designer with over 25 years of experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of both design and technique, I’m always learning, exploring new ideas, and refining my skills to offer something special to every customer.
No two cakes are ever the same, and I take pride in creating unique, bespoke designs that are as memorable as the occasions they’re made for.
I can honestly say that I’ve never produced the same cake twice and that’s exactly how I like it!
